In order to provide each patient with the best personalized care possible, we ask that each patient arrive at their appointment 5-10 minutes early to ensure their video and audio are functioning properly. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and we want to ensure that you are given all of the undivided attention you rightfully deserve. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a no show fee of $75.
**This fee will be waived for Medicaid patients to adhere to Federal and State Medicaid policies (42 U.S.C. § 1396a (a)(14)), however we will still observe the 2 missed/late canceled appointment policy and may result in discharge from Colorado Cares Psychiatry.**
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment begins with no penalizations. If you call to cancel/reschedule after the 24 hour period, you will be charged the $75 no show/late cancellation fee that is not billable to insurance.
We understand life happens, but we also want to protect our providers and their time. For this reason, each patient may have 2 missed appointments before we submit for dismissal. We will refer you to the most appropriate community partner.
